Their service includes designing and installing the office setup, making it cost-efficient, flexible, and eco-friendly for companies looking to optimize their workspace without large upfront costs. 

 

I was hired as a senior UX/UI consultant to design their new web experience, driving the impact to the overall business strategy.

Why NORNORM® chose 
to redesign their web ‘Interior’

As a Scandinavian brand, their initial website featured an elegant and visually appealing style, however, the lack of conversions and inefficient user experience limited business growth and were key factors prompting the investment in a new design strategy.
Key project goals focused on streamlining business processes, understanding the needs and pain points of both the business and its customers, with the aim of increasing conversions.

Approach

Establishing a meaningful design thinking process from the start was essential to avoid guesswork. 

Through daily workshops, I helped the NORNORM team identify core pain points, obstacles, and frustrations to overcome, and set clear goals to address them.

 

I always approach “blind”, free from assumptions.

Seeing things as they are means understanding the true needs of the personas—those who will interact with what I create. Even if something seems obvious, testing and empathizing with the user provides valuable information on how people actually engage with it.

By validating ideas through user interviews with interactive prototypes, I gathered valuable insights and implemented impactful user feedback that later brought us an increase in conversion by 9,7%
